PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. BY USING THE SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE THEN METROTIX DOES NOT GRANT YOU THE RIGHT TO USE THE SITE AND YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SITE. IF YOU VIOLATE THESE TERMS OF USE, METROTIX MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THE SITE, BAR YOU FROM FUTURE USE OF THE SITE, CANCEL YOUR TICKET OR MERCHANDISE ORDER, AND/OR TAKE APPROPRIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU.

METROTIX may vary these terms at any time. Any variations become effective on posting. By continuing to use the site after the terms have been varied you agree to be bound by the variation.

Use and Copyright

You may use the Site and the information contained within it for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You agree that you will not hack into the Site nor employ any robot, spider or other device or process to use the Site for any unauthorized purposes. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonably large burden on the Site. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by METROTIX to do so.

Online Sales

Where you make a purchase through this Site, you are bound by the MetroTix.Com Purchase Policies in relation to that purchase. These Purchase Policies are incorporated onto these Terms of Use. All sales final. No refunds or exchanges.

Links and Search Results

The Site may automatically produce search results that reference or link to third party internet sites. METROTIX has no control over these sites or the content within them. METROTIX cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. METROTIX does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor do we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against METROTIX for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site. If you have a problem with a link from the Site, please contact us and we will investigate your claim and take any actions we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

Unauthorized Use of the Site

Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including, but not limited to, any commercial use, unauthorized ticket sales, unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site, or unauthorized use of any robot, spider or other automated devise on the site, will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability to you, whether for breach of these terms or in negligence or in any other tort or for any other common law or statutory cause of action arising in relation to these terms, the site or the content available through the site is limited to $100. To the extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use the Site and its content, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not we know of the possibility of such damage. If a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability in accordance with the foregoing, but allows a limitation of a certain maximum extent then our liability is limited to that extent.

General Provisions

If any part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St. Louis, Missouri.

 

METROTIX PURCHASE POLICY

By purchasing tickets or merchandise through MetroTix.Com, you are agreeing to be bound by these policies. You also agree to be bound by the MetroTix.Com Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference. You also agree to be bound by the MetroTix.Com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

 

These purchase policies may change at any time, and such changes shall be effective upon posting. By using this site after such changes have been posted, you agree to be bound by such changes.

Purchase Policies

MetroTix.Com sells tickets and merchandise on behalf of venues, promoters, artists and teams. MetroTix.Com acts only as agent for these Sellers, and is not responsible for any claims or representations made by Seller. Seller reserves all rights to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or events, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.

Tickets and merchandise purchased through MetroTix.Com are subject to a non-refundable per-ticket or per-item service fee. Purchases may also be subject to non-refundable per-order handling and/or delivery fees. In the event of an event cancellation, MetroTix.Com shall use reasonable efforts to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the non-fee portion of your purchase. In the event of an event cancellation, please contact us for information regarding receiving your refund. If an event is modified, moved or rescheduled, the Seller may set refund limitations. Please contact us for more information.

Tickets sold via MetroTix.Com are also generally available through many distribution points, including venue box offices and MetroTix charge-by-phone. All MetroTix-controlled distribution points access the same ticket system and ticket inventory simultaneously; as such, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. From time to time, additional tickets may be available for an event through distribution points not controlled by MetroTix. Please check the individual event or venue page, or our FAQ page for more information regarding ticket availability.

MetroTix.Com accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Please refer to our Security page for important information regarding credit cards.

The right of event admission is reserved, and subject to the Seller and/or Venue's terms of admission (i.e. minimum age requirements, surcharges for minors, etc.) Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance. Please refer to the event page or venue page for specific information. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way, or are not purchased through authorized points of sale. Entry may also be refused if tickets are lost or stolen - please see our FAQ page for more information if either occurs. The rights are reserved to broadcast or telecast any event. The use of cameras, audio and video recorders may be prohibited. Please refer to the event or venue page for more information.

Before finalizing your purchase, please carefully review your event and seating selection. Policies set forth by our Sellers, including venues, teams and promoters, expressly prohibit MetroTix.com from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

To protect against fraud and unauthorized use of your credit card, please note that the name on the MetroTix.com account used to purchase tickets must match the name on the credit card used for the transaction. If the person whose name is on the credit card does not have an existing MetroTix registration, please create a new account in that name. Also, the address of the MetroTix account must be the same as the address in your credit card account. If your address does not match with what the credit card company has on file, your tickets will be held until we can contact you to verify your address. If we are unable to contact you by email or through the phone number you have provided, your order will be cancelled and your tickets will be released.

If you have selected to have your tickets delivered by mail, please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. Please note that tickets can only be mailed to the billing address of the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Incorrect billing or credit card account information can delay processing and delivery. Please contact us if you have not received your tickets within the time frame defined above.

If your tickets are being held for pick-up at the venue on the night of the show, please note that the tickets will only be released to the person whose name is on the MetroTix.com account and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. The credit card used for the transaction and a photo ID must be presented for tickets to be released. In most cases, these tickets will be available no earlier than one hour prior to the scheduled start of the event.

METROTIX PRIVACY POLICY

METROTIX.COM is serious about protecting your privacy online. Thus, we have created this Privacy Statement, which discloses our information gathering and dissemination policies and practices.

Information we request directly from you:

MetroTix.com collects your IP address, e-mail address, name, mailing address, telephone numbers, event preferences and other information when you register on the MetroTix website, and when you sign up for services, such as our “My MetroTix” emails. We also collect your credit card information when you make an online purchase of tickets, merchandise or services. We may also ask for other specific personal information from time to time, such as when you participate in promotions sponsored by MetroTix.com and/or our partners.

How we use this information:

All information collected by MetroTix.com is used to facilitate transactions through the site, and to help us contact you when necessary in connection with these transactions. We also use this information to send you information and special offers from our company, and promotional material from some of our partners, such as discounts, special offers and special event information.

We also use your IP address to help identify you, and to gather broad demographic information about you. Your e-mail address is used to send you verification of your online purchases, and to deliver your tickets if you select Print-Your-Own tickets. MetroTix.com may also use it to send special announcements and notifications of events, products or services that may be of interest to you. You can choose to opt out of receiving such announcements and notifications at any time, simply by updating your user preferences in “My Metrotix,” or by utilizing the “UNSUBSCRIBE” feature included at the bottom of every newsletter or special offer email you receive. We may also, from time to time, share your e-mail address with our participating venues, promoters, and other third party partners, who may in turn send you special announcements and notifications of events, products or services that may be of interest to you.

Your name and mailing address are used to verify your credit card during your purchase and for mailing your purchase to your home. Additionally, from time to time we may send special announcements and notifications of events, products and services that might be of interest to you. Your name and address may also be shared with our participating venues, promoters, and other third party partners, who may use it for mailing your purchase to your home. They may also send you special announcements and notifications of events, products or services that may be of interest to you.

Your telephone number will be used to contact you for customer service, if necessary. Additionally, from time to time in connection with certain campaigns and programs administered by us, we may conduct telemarketing activities and you may be contacted by telephone to be advised of special announcements and notifications of events, products or services.

Your credit card information is collected in order to bill your account for the amount of your purchase. We share your information only with your credit card company, and those third parties necessary to process your transaction, such as companies that handle shipping on your behalf, or third parties from whom you purchase goods or services (i.e. merchandise or magazine subscriptions) via MetroTix.com. We never release this information to any other third parties. When you make a purchase on this site, your consent is given to provide your credit card information to those third parties who require it in order to process your order. Information on event preferences and other personal information may be collected and used to personalize the MetroTix.com site, to highlight those events in which you are most interested. This information may also be used by us, or our third party partners, to determine if special announcements and notifications of events, products or services may be of interest to you.

To purchase tickets through this website, you must allow MetroTix.com to set cookies. Blocking cookies will disable the shopping cart feature of the website, and transactions will not be possible.

You may change, update or delete your information at any time by logging into your account. Any changes, updates or deletions made here will be reflected in your MetroTix online account only. It will not change, update or delete any information that we have collected as part of a particular purchase within our transactions database. You may also change, update or delete your “My MetroTix” email notification registration at any time by logging into your “My MetroTix” account.

You can feel confident when purchasing tickets at MetroTix.com. This is because we utilize the latest web encryption, Transport Layer Security (TLS), to ensure the personal information that you provide remains confidential when making a purchase.

All information you provide to MetroTix.com is processed through a secure server and transmitted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. TLS is the next generation of SSL and a proven coding system that allows your web browser to automatically encrypt any data before sending it to us. This process ensures that all information provided during purchase remains secure and confidential. Most internet browser software is automatically configured for a TLS connection and will display a green icon in the address bar (typically a locked green padlock next to the HTTPS://).

Furthermore, the MetroTix ticketing platform works in conjunction with third party technology providers, including a data storage and management system operated by a third party whose data centers are PCIDSS and SAS70 compliant, representing the highest level of accredited privacy and data protection. MetroTix manages and controls this data, including your personal information.

MetroTix.com collects your credit card information in order to bill your account for the amount of your purchase. We share your information only with your credit card company, and those third parties necessary to process your transaction, such as companies that handle shipping on your behalf, or third parties from whom you purchase goods or services (i.e. merchandise or magazine subscriptions) via MetroTix.com. MetroTix.com considers credit card fraud a serious offense. Purchases should be made only by the individual whose name appears on the card, and tickets or merchandise can only be mailed to the billing address of the credit card. If you are picking up your tickets at the venue, you will be required to present the credit card to which the purchase was charged, along with a photo ID, before the tickets can be released to you. Tickets will ONLY be released to the individual whose name appears on the credit card.

Furthermore, online credit card purchases are generally protected against fraud by law, and your liability may be limited. Check with your credit card company for details.
