In connection with The Culture, join Yogi Nico Marie for a yoga session that features Black music in combination with mental/physical wellbeing. Nico Marie has been teaching yoga with a certification in Vinyasa since 2016, and her mission has been to create space for Black people to receive the healing and health benefits of yoga. No experience needed; sessions are beginner-friendly. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat; water will be provided.
