Join curatorial assistant Abigail Yoder for a journey into the life and work of artist Paul Gauguin.

Beginning with the book Wild Thing: A Life of Paul Gauguin by Sue Prideaux, Yoder will follow the artist’s remarkable travels and the profound influence they had on his art. Focusing on key locations including Brittany, Arles, the Caribbean, and French Polynesia, this talk will highlight major works from the Museum's collection created during these periods and explore the development of Gauguin’s radical artistic style over the course of his career.
