Join Julie Hanson as she sings her favorites from the Rodgers and Hammerstein canon, highlighting her over twenty-year career in musical theatre. Julie toured the US and starred on Broadway as Christine Daaé in Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera, and has performed with regional theatres and concert halls across the country. Locally, she has been seen at The Muny, The Rep, Stages St. Louis, and The Sheldon Concert Hall. Some of her favorite local credits include Sweeney Todd (Beggar Woman) at The Muny, The Rep's production of Sondheim's Follies (Young Heidi), and Man of La Mancha (Antonia) at Stages St. Louis. Her credits also include productions of five of Rodgers and Hammerstein's biggest hits. Enjoy a morning "getting to know" this ground-breaking team's incredible music, and the impact they had on Broadway history!
